Sommeil et santé métabolique

Mes travaux s’intéressent à l’impact de différentes caractéristiques du sommeil (durée, qualité, timing, régularité) dans la pathophysiologie des maladies métaboliques chez des enfants, des adolescents et des adultes de poids normal, obèses et/ou diabétiques. Mon objectif principal est de déterminer les effets préventifs et thérapeutiques d’une optimisation du sommeil sur la santé métabolique.
